Event: Spring Musical Auditions, Grades 2-8

Description:
Auditions are for students in Grades 2-8. ALL students, Kindergarten through 6th Grade will be in the chorus for the spring musical. Parents need to email Mrs. Baker to request their time slot. Students will not need to prepare anything for the auditions, but will be given something short to memorize if they receive a callback. If your student is called back for a speaking part, they will receive a slip of paper stating what time they need to come back on Thursday, January 10th, ranging from 3:45-5:30 p.m. They will be also receive lines to memorize. Callbacks are for only certain parts, and we are trying to narrow down students who we feel will be good in a part, among many. Dancer Auditions will be held on Thursday, January 10th from 3:00-3:45 p.m. in the Worship Center. Auditions for solo parts will be held during music class time. Rhearsals will be Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:30 p.m. beginning Wednesday, January 16th, when they receive a detailed rehearsal schedule.
